I am trying to track down an equivalent to a certain type of welding electrode. The name of this electrode is UONI-13/45 and is in the E-42a class.
They are originally from Russia and I'm looking for an American equivalent.

UONI-13/45(foreign AWS E6015), UONI-13/55(AWS E7015) are used for welding of extremely critical structures made of carbon and low-alloy steels. They are designed for carbon and low-alloy steel welding with high ductility and impact strength requirements and recommended for structure welding under sub-zero conditions. Direct current and reversed polarity is used during welding process.
