I don't really like Minstrels. They're a jack of all trades that don't really do anything well. A priest at level 27 would be a much better healer, and would only be a few levels away from Moreheal, which leaves the best heal the Minstrel has in the dust.
Otherwise your party is pretty good form the details we have. Normally I don't like to duplicate vocations on the same team, but if you have to warrior's not a bad choice.
