When building a custom mc frame would it be better to TIG or MIG weld it together? Why?
Have built a couple of customs but I really want to build a personal rider with a hand built frame. Just curious about the welding technique that would be best.
tig is supposed to leave fewer impurities in the metal, but it's also more work and a more expensive welder. i'd do mig on my own and be comfortable with it, it's not like it's a crane hoisting 2 tons into the air
