If their was an accident, resulting from the vehicle not stopping in time
Woudl ti be easy to do or would you ahve to make lots of arguments, i have seen it be amended to failure to make repairs before. Do you need any roof to suggest ti? or can you just explain why
The problem here is that there was a crash. If the prosecutor's case is good, there is little if any chance of them allowing a reduction in charges, unless you can get a statement from a certified mechanic that the brakes were so bad that the driver could not avoid the accident. Then, of course, the driver would need a great reason to be driving that vehicle on public roads anyway! If you try to get the charge changed to driving without corrective lenses when required, tread carefully! The actual charge might be violating a restriction on your license. That might be worse than the original charge in some places.
