Diopter Glass
How can I improve my sight naturally?
My diopter is -1,25. I wear glasses. I would like to improve my sight (I don´t want to wear contacts, do laser operation, LASIK, and 1000 other things), but I want to do it naturally. With some eye exercises and things like that. Any suggestions?
You are nearsighted so there isn't much you can do. The problem is that even when your eye accommodation is fully relaxed your lens is still not flat enough to correctly focus the light on the retina due to the length of your eyeball. It is not a matter of weak muscles, it is the physical dimensions of your eye being too long for the curvature of your lens and cornea. Surgery is the only permanent fix.
