New Sprint Cup Series team?
Tommy Baldwin is starting his own NSCS team in 2009.He will be fielding Toyotas,but is yet to announce the driver(s),number(s),etc.

Zach,they have already announced that the team will run full time in 2009.
Is this a chance for Elliott to get a ride? Anybody know if he's worked with Tommy Baldwin before, or knows the guy, since they were both at RYR and Evernham?

But as far as the team itself--isn't starting one up this late kind of suspect? It could be another Ginn Racing.
