Stainless Welding
welding stainless steel? or not?
I am in needed of something that can some what weld to pieces of stainless steel. They are two parts of a muffler for my Ninja 250R. in other words i need to buy something that can weld it and do a decent job if you can recommend a product that would be great.
I really don't want to spends hundreds of dollars. I was looking at those little butane torches would those be any good
just do as i do,take it to any metal works,they will stainless weld it for a very small price.
the torches you mention are for braising...i dont think you can use it for stainless.
you can ofcorse use a normal mig welder with steel wire,but it will ofcorse rust if you dont cover it.
