Circle Cutting
What type of cutting intrument is good for cutting circles out of fabric and paper?
I would like to buy one instrument for both paper and fabric but if that is not a good idea can you tell me what it bestfor paper and what is best for fabric?
I have something by Olfa specially for cutting circles in paper. it's like a pair of compasses, with the blade instead of a pencil. There is also something which cuts fabrics (supplied by patchwork outlets) on the same principal, but I've forgotten the make.
